Tests and Delays

Tests and Delays

Are you being tested
Persevere

Are you stuck in delays
Persevere

Delays and Testings form in us a tenacity 
to walk on water through every difficulty we'll ever face

Delays are inevitable
It is a powerful tool used to produce endurance
and
To develop character in us, His elect

Even in times of urgent prayer
Delay may come

He's looking for transformation to come
Transformation to take place in our heart

He's looking for us to trust Him
To trust Him past the point of safety

Beloved, it's not that He is reluctant to answer 
It's the perfecting of our faith 
He is after

He vindicates those who cry out
Those who cry out "Day and night"

Luke 18: 7 & 8
"And shall God not avenge* His own elect who cry out day and night to Him, though He bears long with them? I tell you that He will avenge* them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He really find faith on the earth?"

It is wise to note that His delays are divine and in no way is He on the same time table as we His elect. So just go ahead and trust Him knowing that perseverance produces character and character, hope. Romans 5:4

  A Threatening Storm What appeared as the greatest storm I'd ever face was upon me! I heard the Dr.s voice saying well there wasn't much clarification in the cat scan about that lump in the back of your throat but there's a lot of notes about what did show up... You have a meningioma tumor on your brain........ I immediately went into shock as I really never thought I would ever hear that word again in my lifetime. Light in the Darkness

I grew up thinking holiness was reserved for priests and nuns. I see the danger of this thinking is that we conform more and more to the world because holiness is unattainable; or not even considered as a goal to be desired or even thought about. However the opposite is true in God's word. "..Be holy, for I am holy" First Peter 1:16. So I have to conclude it is possible. How do we become holy?   The Miracle and Gift Even the very first Christmas was a very busy time... Bethlehem Joseph and Mary Shepherds Angels and more angels Everyone was in the hustle and bustle of registering for the census, not even realizing the most amazing happening on earth was about to take place. Traveling to their destination of Josephs hometown to register for the census, Bethlehem was buzzing with people crowding the city streets. Angels hastened down to earth to a shepherds field  Shepherds hastened off to see Let's hear Luke's account... "An angel stood before them in the middle of the night..."
