Care giving is a privilege

This sounds contrary to what I think or feel, but I find if I take this attitude in my heart, I can enjoy and count it a privilege to witness the daily miracles taking place in my husbands recovery from brain surgery. I wont say I never dream of living a normal life again with my time being my own to enjoy whatever I choose. But this is my life now and I am embracing it.

Untangled lines Catch Fish Read John 15:1-14 Sometimes the cares of this life get me tangled into a knotted up ball.  As the day gets going, I sometimes find myself unable to reach the plan set before me. And I hear "Take Heart - There is hope" We took our very young grand sons fishing And they were so excited... It didn't take but a few minutes before their fishing lines got so tangled that papa had to cut them off and start over. In John Chapter 15  Jesus is saying that He is the true vine and that His Father is the vine dresser. Immediately upon reading this I realize God, my Father, wants to prune every branch in my life that is tangled up and choking out the productive branches. Standing on Holy Ground  I am seeking Your face, will I find you? Will You, the true and living God allow me  to see your face? And if you did, could I actually stand in your presence?
