A little slice of normal

In the midst of thinking my life is so not normal I find myself full of JOY. I took a little trip to deliver a forgotten diaper bag, a trip to Home Depot, and a jog to Kroger; all in one day and all at separate times and in our T-Bird. I have discovered I love to drive and I really like - FAST- Mike says I scare him. This probably doesn't sound like such an adventurous day unless you know that for a little over 2 mos. I have hardly left my husbands side( he had brain surgery). And just to be in that Thunderbird w/music from the 60's playing and all by myself was a little slice of NORMAL. I love how God gives us just what we need. Blessings, Terry

  The Miracle and Gift Even the very first Christmas was a very busy time... Bethlehem Joseph and Mary Shepherds Angels and more angels Everyone was in the hustle and bustle of registering for the census, not even realizing the most amazing happening on earth was about to take place. Traveling to their destination of Josephs hometown to register for the census, Bethlehem was buzzing with people crowding the city streets. Angels hastened down to earth to a shepherds field  Shepherds hastened off to see Let's hear Luke's account... "An angel stood before them in the middle of the night..." Keep Watch At The Door Of My Lips Palm 141:1-3 Amp "Lord I call upon you; hasten to me. Give ear to my voice when I cry to you (listen to me).  2) Let my prayer be set forth as incense before you, the lifting up of hands as the evening sacrifice. (1Tim. 2:8; Rev. 8:3,4)  3) Set a guard, O Lord, before my mouth; keep watch at the door of my lips." I want my heart to be so confident that I run without hesitation to Him everyday and every hour. When I am faced with hard decisions and circumstances, I want my voice to cry aloud to Him  "Listen to me" As I read these verses above, my heart was impressed with the nature of this relationship between the Psalmist (David) and "The Father" (God.)
